Safe Deposit Box Insurance

At Legit Guard Vault, we offer our clients a comprehensive insurance policy to cover the contents of their safe deposit box. Clients can acquire immediate insurance coverage for the contents of their box at Legit Guard Vault, up to the value of the items stored.

This insurance can also help clients reduce their household premiums by storing their valuables with us—please check with your insurer for further details. Additionally, Legit Guard Vault provides complimentary insurance to all box holders for the first year of rental. Each box can be insured at an additional cost, with higher insurance amounts available upon request—please contact us for more information.

Please note that our clients are not required to disclose the nature of the items stored in their boxes at the time of rental. In the improbable event of a claim, clients will need to disclose the nature of the items related to the claim. As with any insurance claim, you will be required to provide proof of the items being claimed. We recommend that you keep valuation certificates, invoices, and/or photographs of the items stored.
